At D EMPIRE LLP, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services and the process for requesting a refund.

2. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date. You can send your cancellation request to contact@dempirellp.com or contact us at +91-123-456-7890.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Please note that certain services may have specific cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • If a service is cancelled by the client within the first 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a service is cancelled after 14 days but before 30 days, a partial refund will be issued, deducting any costs incurred for the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued for services cancelled after 30 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to contact@dempirellp.com. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom software development projects where significant work has already been completed.
  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.
  • Any third-party services or products procured on behalf of the client.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
